Philadelphia School of Circus Arts Hosts an Open House

The Philadelphia School of Circus Arts is opening its doors to the public for a Circus Workshop Open House. This one-hour workshop will give members of the general public a chance to experience some of the workshops and classes the school offers. The Open House runs from 12:30-1:30 p.m. on Sunday, February 2. The Public is free to watch, but $5 gets an attendee a chance to participate and get off his or her feet. Reservations can be made online at www.phillycircus.com. More information can also be found at 215.849.1991. The Philadelphia School of Circus Arts is located at 5900A Greene Street.

This one hour sample class provides an opportunity for attendees to try out the rope, fabric, static trapeze, tight wire, and juggling with other brand-new beginners.The Open House is open to anyone age 6-106. Any student who signs up for a workshop after attending the event can receive $50 off their total enrollment. The workshops are perfect for people looking for a new way to get fit, maintain their fitness level, or anyone who ever dreamed of running away to the circus. Workshops are also great for those seeking new performance techniques and styles.
