Manayunk Tomato Trot 5k for LUNGevity (Run/Walk)

On-site registration opens at 2:30pm the day of the race
(Race starts at 4:30pm)

The Couch Tomato Cafe & The Tomato Bistro want to invite you out to their fun and crazy pizza trail run, with proceeds being donated to LUNGevity, for the fight against lung cancer! 

The Run will be a 5k out & back trail run/walk. After the race, stick around for a pizza block party in front of The Couch Tomato Cafe, where there will be live music and awards for all participants! There will also be a sample of free pizza for all to try! 

The Couch Tomato Cafe and The Tomato Bistro will also be offering a pizza & beer special for all race participants; $7 for any pint of craft beer on tap & a slice of any gourmet pizza. 

Prizes: 

1st Place - FREE Pizza for a year (good for one large pizza per week) 
2nd Place - FREE Pizza for 6 months (good for one large pizza per week) 
3rd Place - FREE Pizza for 3 months (good for one large pizza per week) 

Each participant will also receive a free beer voucher to use at The Tomato Bistro! (voucher may be any day AFTER race day).   

Event T-shirts will be provided (FREE) for the first 250 participants registered! 

Early Online Registration starts now ($20), and extends until July 31st. Then, Regular Online Registration ($25) goes from August 1st until September 25th. You may also register the day of the race ($30), in person. 

The race event net proceeds will be donated to LUNGevity to help the ongoing battle against lung cancer, in memory of Arnold Mosmen (father of restaurant owner, Craig Mosmen). 

This is going to be an amazing charitable event in Manayunk! We really look forward to seeing you all there, and thank you for your support!
