Jewish Connections Tour at
Philadelphia
Museum of
Art
Tuesday, December 26 at 1

Although only 2 % of the US population is Jewish, a larger
percentage of Jews are interested in, collect and create fine art. The PMA is
fortunate to have a plentiful collection of art that in some way has a “Jewish
Connection.” Come along on this tour which covers Jewish artists from the
17th Century to today. View a work of art which covers the Jewish
holiday of Purim; Jewish collectors from the Impressionist period; sculptures
and theater productions from Paris in the 1900’s; and Jewish patrons of the art
from the inception of this American melting pot. Reservations required. $26
adults/$24 seniors. For more
information or to RSVP, contact program@germantownjewishcentre.org
or 215-844-1507 X 19.
