Father Greg Boyle of Homeboy Industries to Lecture as part of 5th Anniversary Celebration of CHC’s Forgiveness and Reconciliation Institute

Father Greg Boyle, S.J., New York Times best-selling author and founder of Homeboy Industries will present the lecture, “We Are One: It’s All about Kinship” on Tuesday, March 11, at 7 p.m. in Sorgenti Arena. The lecture celebrates the 5th anniversary of the Institute for Forgiveness and Reconciliation at Chestnut Hill College.

Father Greg is the author of the New York Times best seller, “Tattoos on the Heart: The Power of Boundless Compassion,” and is the founder of Homeboy Industries, the country’s largest gang intervention and re-entry center.

The Institute for Forgiveness and Reconciliation was launched in 2009 to be a learning laboratory for research and scholarship where forgiveness and reconciliation will be explored as alternatives to violence and conflict in our culture.
