The Italian Renaissance

James Davis, Penn History Professor, emeritus, will talk about the political and social history of Italy during the Renaissance; with particular emphasis on Venice and Florence. He will include a visual presentation of the Renaissance-era art and architecture produced in those two cities. 4 Tuesday  mornings in November.
