Members from the Opera Company of Philadelphia explore musical selections on the themes of peace, harmony, and tranquility from the opera and concert stages in preperation for the company’s presentation of Benjamin Britten’s opera Roman Wingrave, and as a precursor to Woodmere’s exhibition The Promise of Peace: Violet Oakley’s United Nations Portraits (March 30 – June 30, 2013).
