Birding in the Wissahickon

Led by Ruth Pfeffer
Join us for a morning of birding in the Wissahickon section of Fairmount Park. We will meet at Forbidden Drive and stroll along the beautiful Wissahickon Creek, a hotspot for birding in our area and a beautiful natural environment. In this green corridor we hope to see some of the birds that migrate to this area as well as resident and nesting birds. Meet in the Wissahickon section of Fairmount Park at the concrete picnic tables at the intersection of Bells Mill Road and Forbidden Drive. Bring binoculars.

Saturday, October 5
