Ardmore resident Sam Maida talks to Patch about his reasons for coming to the Philadelphia area.
Sam Maida left the service after the Korean War and ended up coming to Philadelphia looking for a job similar to what he did in the war. Unfortunately, the job market was not the best and he could only find work as a cook.
