Temperatures to Soar This Week

Fireworks aren't the only thing soaring into the sky for the week of July 4. Temperatures will rocket up to near 90-degrees every day this week.

We will see the sunshine continue to dominate the sky with hot temperatures making their way to the 90-degree mark once again. We will see this pattern continue throughout the remainder of the week.

By midweek, there will be a mixture of clouds and sunshine with temperatures hitting the low 90s. Winds will gust up to 20 mph throughout the day.

On Thursday, there will be periods of clouds and sun. The temperature will reach the high 80s, but when you factor in the higher humidity that will be around throughout the day, the heat index will make it feel as though it is near 95 degrees. There is the chance for an evening shower or thunderstorm.
