Great Escape: Karaoke

3. Zesty’s – If you’re looking for something a little closer to home, check out Zesty’s for a good night out and a fun karaoke adventure. Known mainly for its long-time presence on Main Street Manayunk and its delightful spread of Greek-based cuisine, Zesty’s is also touted as an establishment with a time slot for karaoke. Come out on the very late side of your Saturday night, or linger after a great meal, and you might catch the karaoke.

4. The Happy Rooster - Yes, this is another one out in the big city, but what’s the fun of a karaoke night if you aren’t out on the town? This lively Center City bar has been in business since 1968, and has a reputation as one of the oldest karaoke venues in the city. And with great food and a great atmosphere, you can’t miss. 5. Cavanaugh’s – Or, if you are really looking to make a celebratory night of it, pack up the guys and gals you enjoy most and take a trip down Columbus Boulevard to Cavanaugh’s River Deck.
