What Chestnut Hill BID is Looking For in a Retail Recruiter

The business association posted a job description.

Chestnut Hill Business Improvement District is looking for a replacement retail recruiter since . The association is looking for resumes through May 31.

Reilly said that she will stay on to train her replacement as long as July 1.

According to a posting on the business association's website, the position requires the following:

  • Experience in one or more of: retail, sales, advertising, public relations, design, and related disciplines.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships, build support among stakeholders, listen and provide assistance.
  • Coalition-building skills, including the ability to motivate, negotiate, and persuade stakeholders into a course of action.
  • Significant work/life experiences.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
