What's The Most Popular Drink at Goat Hollow?

Want to know what everyone's ordering at the bar at Goat Hollow in Mt. Airy? According to Kate Stewart, front-of-the-house manager, their "Goat's Blood Sangria" is one of the most popular drinks at the restaurant. 

The red sangria is made and kegged in-house, said Stewart. Patrons can order the sangria by the glass or by carafe. According to Stewart, approximately 30 glasses of sangria go out each week. They're also looking into concocting a white sangria for the summer.

Since they have 22 draft lines of craft brews constantly changing, Stewart said it's hard to pinpoint an absolute favorite craft brew. "Nothing on draft stays on draft," said Stewart. "We're changing it all the time and try to keep a wide variety of different beers on draft."
