Shoppers and residents flocked to the Germantown Avenue commercial corridor Wednesday evening for the kickoff of the annual Stag & Doe Night promotion, one of the neighborhood's most popular holiday traditions.
The event, which will continue the next two Wednesdays from 6 to 9 p.m., gives folks a chance to mingle and enjoy special holiday offerings, like carolers and wine and cheese at area stores.
The program is sponsored by the Chestnut Hill Business Association.
