Mom's Eat Local: Stella Sera

Find out how kid-friendly Stella Sera is.

Moms know how tough it can be to eat out with little ones. Patch wants to help you know before you walk in the door if Stella Sera is a good place to eat with your children.

Restaurant: Stella Sera

Is there a kids’ menu? No, but when I inquired my server was quick to mention that all of the pasta dishes could be prepared as half orders.

Are there healthy options on the kids’ meal? Yes, as long as carbs are not an issue.

How does the restaurant deal with food allergies? The menu has a plethora of options and if they cannot accommodate a dietary request you are sure to find an alternate.

Is the restaurant so quiet that any childish outburst will draw attention or is there enough noise that a small cry is likely to go unnoticed? Stella Sera would not be at the top of my list of places to take my toddlers. It is better suited for dinner with friends or a date. That being said, it was crowded and rather noisy especially for its small size (and it was not filled with a particularly rowdy crowd) so it would be doable.
