Moms Eat Local: Manny's Place

Find out how kid-friendly Manny's Place is.

Moms know how tough it can be to eat out with little ones. Patch wants to help you know before you walk in the door if is a good place to eat with your children.

Restaurant: Manny's Place

Is there a kids’ menu? No. However, their menu boasts an array of fried foods--chicken tenders, shrimp cake, crab cake--as well as entree-worthy sides like mac & cheese and lobster mashed potatoes.

Are there healthy options on the kids’ meal? If your children are willing to go for broiled salmon, albacore tuna salad or grilled chicken tenders over salad, you're in business.

How does the restaurant deal with food allergies? Manny's has tons of seafood on the menu so if you have a seafood or shellfish allergy beware.

Is the restaurant so quiet that any childish outburst will draw attention or is there enough noise that a small cry is likely to go unnoticed? Manny's is tucked into an indoor farmer's market so a periodically or even frequently noisy child will fit right in. Indoor seating by Manny's is limited to two small two-top tables.  If the weather is nice take advantage of the outdoor seating offered.
