Last Pieces of Frank's Barber Shop for Sale

The Chestnut Hill staple closed earlier this year, and the last remnants of the shop are for sale.

Frank Salemno owned and operated Frank's Barber Shop on Germantown Avenue in Chestnut Hill for 75 years.

Sadly, he had to close up shop earlier this year, but he left a note on his window saying goodbye to his customers:

Frank’s Barber Shop is now CLOSED. Thank you friends for your loyal patronage over the past 75 years. You have been much more than customers, you have been very good buddies and we have shared many great times and memories together. I am retired. Thank you! Frank

Now, the last remnants of the shop are for sale.

Paper signs cover parts of the shop's window offering deals on barber's equipment and even sinks.
