House Hunt: 1.195 Million Open House

The one open house we found out about for this weekend is a part of architectural history.

According to AOL Real Estate, there is only one open house in the Chestnut Hill neighborhood for the weekend of August 10.

According to the site, this house, located at 8909-13 Crefeld Street, is a piece of architectural history having been built by architect H. Louis Duhring in 1928.

This massive estate boasts eight bedrooms, five baths, beautiful interior design and an indoor pool and is listed for $1,195,000.
