Fall for Fashion in Chestnut Hill

Friday night, the 8400 block of Germantown Avenue will be transformed with fashion, art, music and refreshments.

A new event is coming to Germantown Avenue this weekend. Local businesses and the Business Association have teamed up to bring , part of The Philadelphia Collection, to Chestnut Hill.

On Friday, Sept. 23, the 8400 block of Germantown Avenue will be transformed with fashion, art and music. Many shops will be serving cocktails, wine and refreshments. Opera singers will be performing from 6:30 p.m. through 9 p.m.

Trunk show

Weavers Way will host a food Sampling and a sampling of beauty products.

There will also be a raffle on the 8400 block of Germantown Avenue and stylists from Philadelphia University will be on hand to give advice. The purpose of The Philadelphia Collection is to help promote the city and its fashion retailers.
