The is getting a facelift, as the front porch area, home of , is under construction.

The Grill is still open for business during the renovations, but passersby can see that the covered porch- a favorite seating area for Grill diners- is not in service for the time being.

According to the hotel's website, the Chestnut Hill Hotel was built in 1864, and since then has grown in size.
