John Cacciamani, CEO of Chestnut Hill Hospital, has been named one of the nation’s top 100 physician leaders of hospitals and health systems, by Becker’s Hospital Review. Dr. Cacciamani’s inclusion on the list reflects his healthcare experience and his commitment to quality care, according to Becker’s. Many leaders on the list were nominated by peers and then vetted by industry experts.
"Dr. Cacciamani, a board-certified internist and geriatric subspecialist, was named CEO of 135-bed Chestnut Hill Hospital at the end of March. He previously served as chief of clinical operations and informatics for Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. He is also a past president of the Philadelphia Medical Society," Becker's notes in the list.
