Local Artist Diane Pieri Presents “Waterfall Journeys” Exhibit at Chestnut Hill College

Philadelphia artist Diane Pieri will present the exhibit, “Waterfall Journeys” from March 18 to April 14, 2012 in the Dwight V. Dowley Gallery on the fifth floor of the Rotunda in St. Joseph Hall. Pieri is an abstract decorative painter who has developed her own artistic style based on nonwestern art forms and philosophies references traditional Eastern symbols. Her work blends ancient and modern motifs, techniques and materials, including gold leaf, papers, papyrus, linen and others. The art exhibit is free and open to the public.
