The Chestnut Hill Parking Foundation releases an instructional video about the new paid parking system.
In an effort to inform residents and visitors alike to the , the Parking Foundation released a video including foundation President John Ingersoll.
The video also includes a jingle written that might just catch in your head the next time you drive into a foundation lot.
