'Shame On PGW' Sign Cites Poor Workmanship
Sign criticizes PGW's workmanship on Pelham Road. Do you agree?
This sign was posted on Pelham Road this week after crews from Philadelphia Gas Works finished construction on the street.
Previously there had been an enormous pothole in the road that essentially forced traffic down to one lane.
