They want it so they can share it with all of Northwest Philadelphia: yes, Mt. Airy but also Germantown and Chestnut Hill.
The East Mt. Airy Neighbors are compiling a cookbook of the area’s favorite recipes. Recipes from residents, businesses and restaurants will be combined into one weighty tome and sold as a fundraiser for the organization.

EMAN asks that people submit up to three recipes. The recipes that are chosen will be printed with the chef’s name along with a personal note or nutritional info of up to 350 characters.
Everyone is invited to submit a recipe as long as they live in Northwest Philadelphia.
