Christmas Eve Eucharist at St. Paul's

Early Christmas Eve Eucharist, Dec. 24

An early Christmas Eve Eucharist will take place at 8:30 p.m. It is a small quieter worship in the round at the back of the church, the service reflects the tradition found in the Wisdom of Solomon: “For while gentle silence enveloped all things, and night in its swift course was now half gone, your all-powerful word leaped from heaven” (18: 14-15).

Christmas Eve Worship, Dec. 24

The traditional Christmas Eve worship with full choir begins with special music at 10:30 p.m. The Gospel is the Christmas story from Luke read in the 400 year old King James version. The choir will sing works by William Mathias, Francis Pott and Adolphe Adam.
