Community Association to Hear From Herbiary, Again
The store located on 133 East Mermaid Lane will once again seek a use variance from the Chestnut Hill Community Association.
The Chestnut Hill Community Association will once again hear a use variance plea from the Herbiary located at 133 East Mermaid Lane.
The board previously shot down a variance that would allow Herbiary to continue teaching classes in a garage on the property in February, but the group will appear before the board on Thursday hoping to get a variance to continue teaching their classes.
Besides the Herbiary plea, the board is also scheduled to update the public on its strategic plan, brief on fundraising and membership initiatives and hear officer reports.

The Chestnut Hill Community Association meets Thursday, April 25, at 7 p.m. at the Chestnut Hill Library.
