Philadelphia law firm Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson is giving back to its community again.  Last week, members of the law firm volunteered to work with Rebuilding Together Philadelphia to help with stormwater management day. The volunteers helped to install downspout planters in the 3700 and 3800 Block of Fairmount Avenue in West Philadelphia.   Downspout planters capture stormwater from a home’s gutter. Planters reduce the possibility of water entering a home or overflowing the sewer system while adding beauty to the home and garden.
