Final-ly FridayIt being the last Friday of the month means that it's Final-ly Friday on Germantown Avenue in Mt. Airy.  Come out as businesses up and down the avenue will have special deals and activities. Click here for a full rundown of events.

Free Concert:  There will be a free concert on Friday at 7 p.m. at the Mt. Airy Train Station located at 7423 Devon St, (at Gowen) in Philadelphia. Mt. Airy native, Wanamaker Lewis, may well be Philadelphia's premier guitarist and he will be joined by 3 other extraordinary musicians to play the gypsy swing music made famous by Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappeli at a free concert under the stars. Dress warm, bring a lawn chair or blanket, a picnic, your favorite swinger or gypsy and come and enjoy some outstanding musicianship. Rain date is Saturday September 28, same time and place.
