DESCRIPTION:Open House - February 28th\, 1pm - 3pm\nThe Bridge Way School
  is the first high  school in the Philadelphia region designed specifica
 lly for students who  are working a recovery program for a substance abu
 se addiction.  The  Bridge Way School is an accredited private school ap
 proved by the  Pennsylvania Department of Education and is for those stu
 dents who wish  to attend a program where they will develop and nurture 
 the tools and  strategies to maintain sobriety while at the same time ho
 lding  themselves and their classmates accountable as members of a sober
   learning community.&nbsp\;\nTo best serve the needs of our students\, 
 The Bridge Way School:\n\nincorporates 12-step principles\nhas a teacher
 /student ratio of 1 to 10\noffers learning support and assessment\nrequi
 res evening attendance at 12-step meetings outside of school\, so has a 
 No Homework policy\nhas a school day that begins at 9:00am and ends at 4
 :00pm\noffers a fee-based extended day program with planned after-school
  activities until 5:30pm\n
