Be it your first or your fifth, there’s nothing like pre-natal yoga to honor your maternal body. Breath, re-energize and relax with a Hatha yoga series specially designed to help ease your pregnancy, and to support ease and a healthy birth experience. No prior yoga experience required.
About Your Teacher: Milena was inspired by yoga and alternative healing methods in her early 20s, fostering a deep love of yoga for two decades. Choosing to get away from the rat race, she became a certified yoga teacher in 2004 with training spanning from Asia to N America, and has experience teaching Hatha Yoga, pre-natal and post-partum yoga, and restorative yoga in Philadelphia.

More About Springboard Studio
Springboard Studio is the home office of Caroline Peterson, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Art Therapist who specializes in work with persons diagnosed with cancer and other medical illnesses, as well as their caregivers. She teaches Mindfulness Based-Stress Reduction (MBSR) group programs as part of her professional work. Since opening Springboard in 2007, Caroline has hosted regular mindfulness meditation periods throughout the week which are open to the public and now operate under the auspices of the newly formed Springboard Meditation Sangha. Fee-based yoga classes are also hosted at Springboard.
