"POTLUCK, PRAYER & PRAISE": A THANKSGIVING EVE SERVICE AT MT. AIRY PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH

PHILADELPHIA, PA – November 12, 2012 – As part of its ongoing commitment to Mt. Airy and the surrounding community, Mt. Airy Presbyterian Church will host its annual Thanksgiving Potluck on Wednesday, November 21, 2012.   Dinner is at 6:00 PM with a worship service to follow at 7:30 PM. The potluck is provided by MAPC members, and the community is invited to eat for free!! This year our guest preacher will be Antonio Lawrence, a student at Princeton Theological Seminary.  With ongoing economic hardships in our city, guests are urged to bring canned goods for our community food cupboard.  While dinner is free, an offering will be taken to support MAPC's capital campaign to update the roof and maintain its facilities fund. If interested please RSVP to the church office at 215-247-1303 or admin@mapresby.org
