 cademies\, Inc. is a non-profit youth development organization that work
 s in Philadelphia's public high schools to provide career-based learning
 \, college readiness supports\, and positive adult networks that motivat
 e young people to graduate and prepare them for the 21st century economy
 . Mrs. Nutter's work has focused on approaches that best support young p
 eople in their transition to adulthood. She actively advocates for\, and
 &nbsp\;Philadelphia Academies\, Inc.&nbsp\;implements\, instruction that
  links learning to the real world and promotes youth resiliency.&nbsp\;
