St. Michael's has been serving the Mount Airy residents since approximately 1736 and the church remains a vibrant outreach to the local community today. They provide a free meal for all those who are interested in getting to know their congregation members on Saturdays and members gather to walk the neighborhood going door to door to meet their neighbors on a regular basis. Coffee hour always follows worship services in the spirit of fellowship and friendship.
