These are BOTH GREAT bookstores & they are quite different and can't be compared. It's sad that someone has decided to post a contest asking which is "best." I have found surprising treasures in both of them. We're so lucky to have TWO independent bookstores in Mt. Airy! Please support them and help keep them here.

Both great in their own, but you can't beat the labyrinth of amazement and discovery at Crooked Mile. It's just brimming over with forgotten gems.
