Architect Alan Metcalfe has described the future outdoor seating area at Goat Hollow as grotto-like—a somewhat-enclosed space where people would sit by fire pits and where the atmosphere might feel like a campfire.
Here's a photo of the outdoor space as it looks now. Can you envision fire pits there? (I'm really bad at picturing things in the future, but I have faith in Metcalfe's vision.)
The restaurant at Mt. Pleasant Avenue and Lincoln Drive could open by the fall.
