Police have identified the man they arrested in connection with a deadly shooting on the 200 block of East Sharpnack Street Friday night.

A Newsworks article said Brian Tootle, 19, whose residence is in Germantown, has been charged with weapons possession (but not with homicide).

The article also said Nafis Armstead, 23, was shot and killed Friday. A second victim remains in critical condition.

Police arrested Tootle on Rosemary Lane in West Mt. Airy as police surrounded him there (a helicopter was used in as well) soon after the shooting just after 8:30 p.m. on Friday.

They said they recovered two guns after the shooting.
