Police said a man fired a shot into the air after arguing with someone about living arrangements.
The man, according to police, was having the argument on the 8301 block of Stenton Avenue Aug. 29 when he became angry.
He then pulled a woman out of her car and fired a warning shot into the air before fleeing in an unknown direction.
The van was red and had a handicapped tag, according to police.
