Police: Property 'Ransacked' in Chestnut Hill
The following information is provided by the Philadelphia Police Department.
Police from the 14th District are investigating a break-in that occurred in a Chestnut Hill office building earlier in January, according to a release from the Philadelphia Police Department.
According to reports, a complainant reported to police that an unknown person had broken the front door of a property on the 200 block of Willow Grove Avenue in Chestnut Hill sometime on January 1.
Reports say that "every room" had been ransacked and that glass had been broken to gain entry to the door. Police officers processed the scene and will continue to investigate the break-in.
Nothing has been reported stolen at this time.
