Police: Over $400 in Soap Stolen in Chestnut Hill

An unknown person allegedly stole over $400 in merchandise from the Chestnut Hill CVS at 7700 Germantown Avenue, according to a release foam the Philadelphia Police Department.

According to a report from the 14th police district, an unknown person at the store allegedly entered the store and removed several skin care products, locations and soaps from the shelf and placed them into a bag before leaving without paying for the items.

The man allegedly stole approximately $428 in skin care supplies. Police are reviewing security tape of the event, according to reports.

An investigation is ongoing.

If he is an assistant manager he would know he is captured on the surveillance cameras in the store. Sounds fishy.
