Another day, another "Top Phillies Prospect" honor for Jesse Biddle.
The Mt. Airy pitcher was named the team's number on prospect heading in to the 2013 baseball season, according to the Inquirer.
This isn't the first time something like this has happened for Biddle. He was named the team's top young talent by Baseball America magazine back in December 2012.
