All you have to do is open a new business in Chestnut Hill. Retail Recruiter Eileen Reilly had these cupcakes specially made to present to new business owners in Chestnut Hill. The cupcakes are monogrammed with a 'CH' and the patterns match the business association's logo.

Interesting idea. I wonder if the prospect of a free cupcake is enough for some people to consider opening a business in a particular location over somewhere else.
