We've also listed the polling places for the divisions.
With nearly 98 percent of the vote in, Cindy Bass has won the seat. We're not going the percentage of votes each candidate got in each division, but if you'd like to do that, you can head here. (All of these numbers are courtesy phillyelectionresults.com.)
