House Featured in Movie is On the Block

The movie, 'Iniquity,' premiered last week.

A home that was featured in a movie shot in Philadelphia is now on the market.

Curbed Philly has the details. It's at 6907-11 Lincoln Dr. and is going for $750,000.

Here's what Curbed says:

It's a huge house on a lot of land, but the movie appearance may be its most salient feature, as it's perfectly lovely but not one of those houses that makes you gasp, like, "What the heck is a bowling alley doing there?" The kitchen was redone during a retreat from the market so now it has the requisite features that people must have these days: stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a center island.

The movie, Iniquity, premiered at Ritz East July 25. It focuses on a Philly lawyer who gets involved with a married woman.

The home, meanwhile, has eight bedrooms and four bathrooms.
