Ground Zero Salon has opened in the former One Salon & Boutique space at the corner of East Durham Street and Germantown Avenue (7119 Germantown Ave.).
It's one of four Ground Zeros throughout Philadelphia. There are others in Queen Village, East Passyunk and Center City.
Haircuts are being given in the space as we speak as a dog looks out onto Germantown Avenue.

LOVE it! Wendy, the founder of Ground Zero Salon, does my hair and is amazing. Her rescue dog, Max, is the best dog ever too! Please visit them!!!
