Former Black Olive Location Up For Sale
The Mt. Airy Avenue location could go to a new owner.
The former home of the Black Olive restaurant in Mt. Airy could be going to a new owner Wednesday.
The property at 22 E Mt. Airy Avenue, Apt 24, is scheduled for sale by the Philadelphia Sheriff’s office on Feb 20. The property is being sold in a tax delinquency sale.
The location’s last full-time business, the Black Olive, had something of a sordid past. Check out more information below:

Thank goodness, it's about time. Even before knowing about the school fraud the fire seemed suspect. Arson, insurance fraud?

Hey, John, you got up earlier than I did. I was laughing so hard when I read sorted past rather than sordid past. That's okay Nate, we know you have two PATCHES now, Mt. Airy and Chestnut Hill. Have a good day!
