Dunkin' Donuts Robbed at Gunpoint

A man took $500 and a safe, according to police.

 

A Dunkin' Donuts was robbed at gunpoint Sunday when an armed man entered the store and made off with money.

The store at Stenton Avenue and East Washington Lane was staffed by two workers at 5:30 a.m. when the incident took place, according to police.

Police said that the man pointed a gun at the two workers, ordered them to the ground and took $500 and a safe before leaving.

The man had a mask over his face. Police said he had a medium build, was about 5'10" and was wearing a green jacket and gray sweat pants.
