Charming small male Lhasa Apso type dog wandering the streets near Naomi and Wissahickon near the Walnut Lane Bridge in Germantown with no collar. Found Friday afternoon March 30. He is currently staying with me, but he definitely misses his owner. Is he yours? Come claim him!

There is an older man I have seen at Thomas Mansion walking dogs of similar appearance; wondering if one of his has gotten away. I have no way of knowing how to reach this man to ask him. Do any neighbors know him and can find out if he has lost his dogs? I need help with reuniting dog with owner, neighbors; please step up if you can, to help me! Thanks!
