Christmas Tree Recycling in Chestnut Hill
GRinCh is hosting a recycling program early in January.
Green in Chestnut Hill (GRinCh) is hosting a holiday tree recycling event early in 2013.
According to a release from the organization, residents can bring their trees to the Sunset Avenue entrance of the Norwood Fontbonne Academy on Sunday, Jan 6.
The event will run from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Trees will be chipped and used for mulch.
The group is asking for a $5 donation per tree to help fund GRinCh's "Green Warrior Student" program.
