CHC to Host Earth Day Panel

The panel will take place April 12.

will sponsor the panel discussion, “Walking Gently on the Earth: A Conversation about Ecology and Spirituality” on Thursday, April 12, at 7 p.m. in the East Parlor, St. Joseph Hall. The panel is sponsored by the holistic spirituality program in the School of Graduate Studies.

In honor of Earth Day, the discussion will allow attendees to take part in a conversation about all things environmental, ecological, spiritual and sustainable.

The panel will consist of Mary Elizabeth Clark, SSJ, director of the Sisters of Saint Joseph Earth Center, Dr. Robert Meyer, professor of biology and Dr. Marie Conn, chair of the department of religious studies, philosophy, and the graduate program in holistic spirituality at the College. Graduate students Julie Morrison and Tracy Davidson, consumer reporter at NBC 10, will also be a part of the panel that evening.
