Car Stolen Near Sedgwick Station, Police Say
The following information is provided by the Philadelphia Police Department.
A resident reported to police that their car was stolen near the Sedgwick train station in Mt. Airy in December, according to a release from the Philadelphia Police Department.
According to reports, a resident called police and reported that their For Taurus had been stolen from the 200 block of Mt. Pleasant Street in Mt. Ariy sometime on Dec. 10. The resident stated that the car was parked near the Sedgwick train station earlier in the day and, upon returning to the parking spot at approximately 5 p.m., the car was missing.
The car is estimated to be worth $1,000, according to reports. An investigation is ongoing.
